Pour 3 tablespoons into a bowl. Add 4 cups of boiling water. Let steep for a few minutes. Cover your head with a towel & very carefully position your face above the bowl using the towel to hold in the steam. With eyes closed breathe in the natural goodness for up to 10 minutes.
Use once a week for glowing, radiant skin.
