Where are you located?
On a small island off the West Coast of British Columbia, Canada. We live at the end of a long & winding dirt road far, far away from anything but trees, lakes and ocean. There is no physical store here but you can find all our products in our online store, at local shops and at the farmers market.
How do you ship packages?
Orders are shipped twice a week via Canada Post, UPS or Purolator. I choose the best shipping option with the most affordable rate.

What ingredients are used in your products?
Each ingredient is listed on the product page. We always choose the highest quality ingredients with the most skin loving benefits. See our ingredient page with further information.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes - they are absolutely cruelty free. Most are vegan with the exception of the tallow cream and balms that contain beeswax.
How should I store your products to maintain freshness?
They will keep the longest if stored in a cool location away from direct sunlight.
Do your products contain any synthetic fragrances or ingredients?
None. Never. If scented it is very light and only with organic, locally sourced essential oils. We offer the highest quality products that are truly natural and safe for the body. There are preservatives when necessary, but you can feel confident in knowing that they have been thoughtful chosen and follow strict standards. They will always be safe for the body and planet.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. They are made with clean, simple, skin loving ingredients. Because we are all unique please do a patch test first to see how your body responds.
